I guess I don’t understand what you are trying to say.

Mexico is a country where an actual Mayor can kill 40 student protesters, with help of the police and army, and basically nothing happens. They get away with it. In the US such things are only suggested on Alex Jones’s show.

The only reason Mexico doesn’t get involved in overseas wars is because they have no money which is likely because of a century of corruption.

Obviously in Mexico you are at risk of murder and/or abduction at any time. Especially if you want positive change. It’s all because government officials are corrupt and allowed it to get this far.

Obrador did what people expected Trump to do as well when he lost the election. He refused to concede. The only reason he’s even in office right now really is because government officials can mass murder murder people openly without repercussion.

In another recent speech he pretty much admitted that he didn’t really care about the border wall and only pushed it so hard because he knew it would get him elected and literally no one cared, he still got a standing ovation for it. Our populists and your populists are very different. I have close friends who fled Mexico as children and now risk being sent back. They couldn’t care less about who the current Mexican president is, as they’ve always faced unbearable hardships in their homeland (which is tragic). To say the hardships they now face in the US are the same as some kid in Mexico City who drives new cars and has internet access is insane.

I have friends who joinded the Marines in 2005 thinking they were saving the US from WMDs who died in a desert half a world away for nothing because of who our President was.

I also have friends who have been stationed at Fort Huachuaca, and know for a fact that Mexico does not have nuclear weapons. Are you kidding me? Ask the Cubans how trying to obtain nuclear weapons works out for nations in this hemisphere.
